Letter of Intent for Authorize Dealership

1. Dealership Proposal

PRADHAN ENTERPRISES proposes to grant PRAMOD KUMAR PRADHAN the status of an authorized Dealership to promote, market, and sell our range of electric scooters & bikes within the designated area.

2. Dealership Responsibilities

• • Sale & Marketing: As an authorized Dealership PRADHAN ENTERPRISES Actively promote and sell E-electric Bikes within the designated KARLAGA Division.
• • Service & Support: The Dealership will offer after-sales support to customers and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
• • Showroom & Inventory: The Dealership will maintain a professional showroom and stock a sufficient number of our products to meet customer demand.

3. Proposed Terms

• • Territory : The Dealership rights will cover the region of KARLAGA Division.
• • Commission/Discount: Detailed terms regarding Dealership commission or discount will be discussed during the final agreement phase.
• • Terms: The proposed Dealership agreement will have an initial term of 7 Year with an option for renewal upon mutual agreement and the Dealership and it’s Dealers must follow the marketing norms by Bhoomi Automobiles.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all discussions and exchanged information confidential, and no details will be shared with third parties without written consent.
